Your AI Business Partner
Data security and operating boundaries

Your business information should not become public AI material.

RONIC may need to understand products, customers, email, conversations and sales experience to create real business value. That makes four things non-negotiable: what enters the system, who can access it, what AI may use and which actions still require a person.

01

Authorised access

The RONIC administration system is restricted to authenticated, approved operator identities. Client and customer information is not exposed through the public website.

02

Only what is needed

We agree what information is needed for the work and avoid collecting unrelated material. Public enquiry forms must never be used to send passwords, tokens or private keys.

03

Protected accounts and keys

Connected-provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Encryption keys and production secrets are kept outside the website source and are not shown back to users.

04

Clear AI boundaries

Before AI uses business material, we define which knowledge is approved for each task, which claims or promises are prohibited and where a person must make the decision.

05

Human approval for consequential actions

Strategy, public claims, landing pages, campaign content, budgets and launch are separate decisions. AI output does not become a public action merely because it was generated.

06

Sources and results stay traceable

Operational records retain their product, source, version, owner, status, next action and timestamps so approved decisions and later changes can be reviewed.

Agree the scope before sharing data

Know what will be used before the work begins.

We will confirm which information or accounts are in scope, who can access them, which AI employee may use which knowledge, what needs your approval and how information is handled when the engagement ends.
