RONIC writes what the first version must do, the data and access required, what is excluded and how you will test it.

RONIC builds the agreed first working version without an upfront development fee. Any required third-party purchase or usage charge needs your prior approval.
- 04You test and accept
If it meets the written acceptance result, the one-time installation fee becomes payable and the agreed monthly operating service begins.

- The first version is intentionally small and written down before the build.
- Acceptance tests observable functions, inputs, outputs and hand-off—not a subjective promise that everything is perfect.
- Changes outside the agreed result become a later installation stage or a new Factory brief.
- RONIC may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, uneconomic, under-specified or outside our delivery capability.
You receive the agreed use rights. Your data and brand remain yours.
RONIC retains reusable core components, methods and non-client-specific capability. The engagement terms record any customer-specific rights.
