Terms for using RONIC.
These terms apply to the public RONIC website. Any paid engagement is also governed by its proposal, scope, approvals and other agreed terms.

Website content is general information about RONIC's services and operating approach. It is not legal, financial, migration, tax or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of enquiries, sales or advertising performance.
Service authority and approvals
If you authorise RONIC to work with a website, advertising account or other business system, you confirm that you have authority to provide that access and the relevant product information. You remain responsible for approving factual claims, regulated content, intellectual-property rights, budgets and public campaign decisions unless an agreement expressly states otherwise.
Third-party platforms
Advertising, communication and analytics services are provided by independent third parties and remain subject to their own terms, policies, review processes and charges. RONIC cannot guarantee platform approval, delivery volume, ranking, cost, enquiries or sales.
AI Market commercial model
AI Market products are productised business solutions configured to an agreed workflow. Unless a proposal states otherwise, commercial terms comprise a one-time installation fee and an ongoing monthly fee. Exact scope, acceptance, included usage, third-party charges, support and cancellation terms are recorded in the relevant proposal or order.
AI Factory first version and acceptance
Where RONIC accepts an AI Factory brief, the first working version and its acceptance checks must be agreed in writing before development. RONIC does not charge an upfront development fee for that agreed first version. Any required third-party purchase or usage charge still requires prior client approval. If the version meets the written acceptance result, the agreed installation fee becomes payable and the monthly operating service begins. Work outside the agreed result, additional versions and production use are not unlimited free revisions and require separately agreed scope.
Before acceptance and payment, the unpaid build, code and reusable components remain with RONIC and may be used only for the agreed acceptance test. After payment, the client receives the rights stated in the engagement terms. Client data and brand assets remain the client's; RONIC retains its reusable core, methods and non-client-specific capability unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or RONIC services to provide false or unlawful information, infringe another person's rights, bypass platform policies, distribute malicious material, obtain unauthorised access or request that RONIC conceal the true advertiser, product or destination.
Intellectual property
RONIC's website, software, workflow and original materials remain the property of RONIC or their respective licensors. Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables are governed by the relevant engagement terms.
Availability and changes
We may update the website, suspend a feature or change these terms when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material service changes are handled through the applicable engagement and approval process.
