How RONIC handles information.
RONIC is responsible for the information described on this page. Privacy enquiries can be sent to our monitored support address.
Information we collect
Depending on how you work with us, we may collect contact details, company and role information, product and business information, enquiry content, qualification answers, communication history, consent records, source and campaign attribution, and the materials you provide for a RONIC engagement.
When RONIC is authorised to operate an advertising account, we may process account identifiers, campaign and ad configuration, keyword and targeting information, approved budgets, provider resource identifiers, delivery status, performance metrics and error information.
How we obtain information
We collect information directly from you or an authorised representative, from forms and communications, from product owners involved in an engagement, and from service providers or advertising platforms that you authorise RONIC to connect to.
How we use information
We use information to assess and respond to enquiries, provide agreed product and acquisition services, operate Product Revenue Agent, prepare and approve marketing activity, connect authorised provider accounts, measure performance, maintain security and audit records, improve the relevant product workflow, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Connected platform information
RONIC accesses advertising, communication or analytics platform information only for accounts it owns or has been authorised to manage. We use that access to provide the approved service, measure performance and maintain operational records. We do not sell connected-platform data or use it for unrelated products.
AI-assisted processing
RONIC may use AI-assisted tools to help structure product information, identify questions, prepare draft strategy or draft campaign content. Public claims, strategy, landing pages and campaign content remain subject to human approval. We do not treat AI-generated analysis as a confirmed fact without review.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use hosting, database, email, analytics, advertising, document and other operational service providers where needed to deliver the service. We disclose only the information reasonably required for that purpose and expect providers to protect it under their applicable terms. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
RONIC uses access restrictions, administrator authentication, encryption of provider credentials, separation of production secrets from source code, approval controls and audit records. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets through ordinary email or public forms.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and document the agreed service, to resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted, de-identified or securely archived as appropriate.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
