Product Revenue Agent

One product. One brain. One accountable path to revenue.

Product Revenue Agent is RONIC's internal operating tool for converting product knowledge into a controlled acquisition system. It keeps evidence, approvals, execution and commercial results attached to the exact product being promoted.

Evidence boundarySource facts stay separate from analysis.
Approval boundaryAI assists; people approve public claims and spend.
Commercial boundaryQualified demand and sales outcomes outrank content volume.
Operating workflow

Every stage has an owner, status and next action.

The tool is not a generic content generator. It is a versioned operating record for decisions that affect a product's acquisition path.

Completed reference sections can be collapsed. Current approval or execution work is surfaced so the operator always knows which decision comes next.

01

Create the product record

Capture the offer, target outcome, constraints, source material and product owner. Every downstream record stays bound to this product.

02

Run a product-specific interview

Ask only the high-leverage questions needed to understand buyers, users, outcomes, alternatives, proof, pricing, capacity and qualified-lead rules.

03

Approve the Product Brain

Separate source facts from analysis. AI-assisted observations do not become confirmed knowledge until a person reviews them.

04

Approve acquisition strategy

Define positioning, priority audience, messages, channels, qualification, cold-start assumptions, budget rules and stop conditions.

05

Approve the conversion page

Build the product-specific landing page from approved evidence and brand assets. Review the exact desktop and mobile version before it can be used.

06

Prepare channel execution

Generate provider-specific campaign material. Approve creative, destination and budget independently before creating anything externally.

07

Measure and learn

Record spend, impressions, clicks, enquiries, qualified enquiries and commercial outcomes. Use real data to replace cold-start assumptions.

Access model

Internal operators, authorised accounts and explicit approval.

Tool users
RONIC employees and authorised contractors only.
Client access
Clients do not log into the internal tool in the initial release.
Account authority
RONIC connects only to accounts it owns or is expressly authorised to manage.
External changes
Creative, landing page, budget and launch require separate human approvals.
Channel execution
Only channels approved for the product, audience, destination and budget.
Not included
No public credential access, hidden budget increases or unapproved campaign launch.
Business model

Outcomes-led service, not public software access.

RONIC initially uses Product Revenue Agent to support RONIC products and selected client products. Commercial arrangements may be tied to qualified enquiries or agreed sales outcomes. Clients pay for the acquisition outcome and operating service, not access to provider credentials.

As the tool is validated, any future external-user access would be treated as a new product and would require its own security and policy review before release.
